Are the units clean, dry and secure?
The units are inside an insulated, alarmed building which is within a security patrolled area. Each unit is individually secured with a padlock to which you hold the key
Do I need to book and pay a deposit?
It is not necessary to book but always check availability before bringing your goods into storage. The payment of a security deposit will ensure a unit is available
Do I need to sign anything?

Do I need to bring any proof of ID?
Yes please, 2 forms of ID to include proof of address
What access do I have to my container and is there a charge for this?
You can access your unit as often as you wish during opening hours (9am – 5pm weekdays and 9am – 12noon Saturday) at no extra cost
Is there a minimum time I have to hire my unit for?
One week
How do I make future payments?
The easiest way is to give us a recurring transaction authority on your debit or credit card
What do I need to do when I want to vacate my container? Is there a notice period?
No notice is required. Ensure that all belongings and rubbish are removed and the unit is left as you found it
What about insuring my goods whilst in storage?
It is advisable to insure goods in storage.
DB has a maximum legal liability. Please check that this is sufficient for your needs. You may wish to arrange your own cover
What goods cannot be stored?
Flammable and perishable goods, illegal substances and livestock are among the items which cannot be stored. Please check before storing

Would you collect my goods and deliver them to the unit?
Yes, we offer a local collection and delivery service. Details on request
Do you sell packing material and boxes?
We have a selection of packing items for sale including boxes, bubble wrap and parcel tape
